Vehicle Hydropneumatic Unit
Koudelka, Roman ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Blaťák, Ondřej (advisor)
This diploma thesis, following the bachelor's thesis, is devoted to the gas-liquid unit of a vehicle, as the central element of hydropneumatic suspension. The aim is to dimension and construct this component and integrate it together with other elements into a complex suspension system. Based on possible forms listed in the research section, regarding to current development trends, the form of the unit is chosen. The practical part begins with simulations comparing a hydropneumatic with a conventional suspension system. After solving this issue, it is possible to proceed to the dimensioning of the basic parameters of the unit and then to its construction, respecting the relevant strength calculations. The last step is to build a conceptual design of the whole hydropneumatic suspension system.

Analysis of NGS data for study of transposon activity in cancer cells
Hrazdilová, Ivana ; Čegan,, Radim (referee) ; Eduard, Kejnovský (advisor)
Theoretical part of this diploma thesis gives a brief characteristic of human mobile elements (transposons), which represents nearly 50% of human genome. It provides basic transposon clasification and describes types of transposons present in hunam genome, as well as mobilization, activation and regulation mechanisms. The work also deals with the domestication of transposons, describes the ways in which TE contribute to DNA damage and summarizes the diseases caused by mutagenic activity of transposons in the human genome. Conclusion of theoretical part describes next-generation sequencing technologies (NGS). As practical part, data from RNA-seq experimet were analyzed in order to compare differen transposon activity in normal and cancer cells from prostate and colorectal tissues. As like as publicly available sophisticated tools (TopHat), new scripts were created to analyze these data. The results show that cancer cells exhibit overexpression of transposons. This corresponds with the published results and suggests a connection of transposon activation with cancer development.
Load flow analyses of reactive power in distribution system
Krátký, Michal ; Kašpírek,, Martn (referee) ; Topolánek, David (advisor)
This thesis is focused on issues with transmission of reactive power though the distribution line of E.ON area. The goal is to find out where and in what rate are overflows of reactive power and to project the correctional steps to minimize this overflow. In this solution, there were used data of dispatcher measurement, which were processed by created source code in Matlab. The processing was analyzed for final conclusion. There were discovered shortages in overflow of reactive power in transfer between distribution and transmission line and in unsuitably regulated capacity power factor in Planá power plant and wrong automatic regulation of turns in 440/110kV substation Dasný. The action to minimize overflows of reactive power was projected by decompensation reactor placed in T101 and T102 transformers in substation Tábor.
Study of Slavětice Distribution Substation Enlargement for EDU New Resources
Štus, Martin ; Ing. Pavel Štěpánek - ČEZ a.s.- EDU (referee) ; Matoušek, Antonín (advisor)
The aim of this diploma work has been to work up a first study dealing with possibilities of enlargement of Slavětice substation with the new sources of Dukovany power-plant (EDU). In this work I am mentioning the linking of 400 kV Slavětice substation into the electricity system in Czech Republic and its coupling into the west-European UCTE system and I am also itemizing the basic data of neighbouring substations. Further I am describing the current state of 400 kV and 110 kV substations in Slavětice, their parameters and scheme. In this work I am mentioning basic information of nuclear reactor piles, coming into consideration for the prospective new pile construction in the premises of Dukovany substation and also reflections about possibilities of bringing out power of this new pile. In the following part of my diploma work there are stated proposals of different versions for enlarging the Slavětice 400 kV substation by a new outlet of new EDU source and the eventual overhead-line construction. I am mentioning the necessary substation arrangements for each proposed version, the scheme, eventually the proposal how to lay-out the new lines. Further there is stated here a proposal of outgoing feeder switchgear accessories for the new EDU pile and also the proposal for an entirely new substation, its description and scheme. An evaluation of all proposed versions of Slavětice substation enlargement for connecting new nuclear piles is stated in the outcome of the work.
The line borders
Kazdová, Kristýna ; Sikora, Piotr (referee) ; Mikyta, Svätopluk (advisor)
The difference in perception of reality is caused by the language that creates the terminology for naming formal entities; the definitions of these concepts are abstract. This creates both a collective inconsistency and an incongruity between content and form. In consequence, the question of the objectivity of attributing an abstract image to specific material should be asked. Elementary elements of the drawing expression as a line/picture are primarily perceived in formal boundaries. The goal of my work is to move beyond these boundaries.
The manufacturing of motorcycle tab by blanking technology
Jandík, Radim ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of manufacturing of motorcycle tabs. The tab is made from rust-resistant sheet aluminium (42 4412). The manufacturing process begins on a manufacturing line; it is automated to a great extent and controlled via CNC. If run at full capacity, the line can produce as many as 450 tabs per minute. A total of 300 000 pieces of tabs are manufactured per year. This order is planned to span over five years, during which it shall generate profit amounting approximately to CZK 1.74 million. Economic comparison of laser cutting, water jet cutting, plasma cutting and blanking technologies has confirmed the suitability of the blanking technology for the production batch in question. The quantity of tabs in stock is minimal, as the production process is organised in line with the customer’s requirements.
